1. What services do you propose?

We propose the rental of our cars and minivans with driver for transfers, day and hourly service and multiple day trips tailored to your needs in Paris, the Airport Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (Paris-CDG) or in the Paris region.

2. What information should I provide to request a quote?

To provide you with a quote with need to know the date of your trip, your itinerary, the pick-up time in case of a transfer or the service hours, if hourly service. We also need to know if you have any special requirements, for example, meet-and-greet service at the airport, a car seat for a child, etc.

3. What is included in your quote?

Our quote includes all costs known at the moment of reservation. The not included costs are detailed in our quote.

4. Which means of payment do you accept?

The driver can accept a payment in cash. The payment cards Visa and MasterCard are also accepted with the surcharge of 3% for banking fees. You cans also settle your order in advance by bank transfer or by check.

5. Do you verify the arrival time for a flight/ train?

Yes. We verify the arrival time of flights and trains and, in case of delay, modify your pick-up time accordingly.

6. Do you propose meet-and-greet service?

Yes, simply make sure to specify that you need this service when you request for a quote. When you arrive at the airport or at the train station our driver will meet you in person at your exit into the arrivals hall of your flight or at the head of your train at the railway station. To be easily noticed the driver will display the nameplate with our logo (1CARES, as at the top of this page).

7. How can I identify my vehicle/ driver?

The vehicle will wait for your at the requested pick-up address. To be easily noted the vehicle will display our nameplate (1CARES, as at the top of this page) on the windshield. If your pick-up address is an airport or a train station you can order the meet-and-greet service so that our driver would meet you in person directly at your exit into the arrivals hall of your flight or at the head of your train at the railway station. (Note that ordering this service is not mandatory as you will have the phone number of your driver and can simply call him to indicate the exit from the airport or the train station to which he must come to pick you up.)

8. What is your rate for waiting time?

Our tariff for waiting time varies depending on the type of vehicle and your programme. Note that in case of a transfer there is a grace period during which the driver can wait for you without any additional charge. The grace period is 10 minutes for cars and minivans and 15 minutes for other categories of vehicles. When you order the meet-and-greet service at the airport or the train station you have a right for additional 30 minutes of free waiting time.

9. What are your cancellation conditions?

Our cancellation conditions can vary depending on the vehicle and your programme. As a general rule, the cancellation fee for orders not surpassing one day are the following. If cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: no cancellation fees, 23-12 hours: 50% of the order price, less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%. Nevertheless, be aware that the conditions of cancellation of your order may vary depending on the particular conditions of your order. We invite you to check the cancellation conditions applicable to your order at the time of booking.
